Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VanTrack. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

VanTrack provides a mobile and web-based inventory management platform for plumbing professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Account Registration

To access paid features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at quayden.tebbs@getvantrack.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
• All payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or hack our platform, share account credentials with unauthorized parties, upload malicious code, or resell access without written permission.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of the inventory data, job records, and photos you input. We will not sell your data to third parties. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property

VanTrack, its logo, software, and content are the intellectual property of VanTrack. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any loss of data or business resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VanTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
